Went here for New Year 2018, very accommodating, staying as a group of 40 and we were all put on the same block on the same landing. Which was ideal. Lots of entertainment for the kids, right on the beach front, although very secure so the kids couldn't go to the beach themselves. Entertainment for the kids was great, and the entertainers remembered the kids too! We all had a fantastic time... Free electricity too which was an added bonus.
Kids love going there. Great entertainment though could do with better rooms. TV didn't work the who of our time there. We were informed but it made it boring
Spacious warm comfortable chalet.we upgraded to Classic with 2 bedroomsIt easily sleeps 7. Plenty of things for the children to do.. Just remember that you have to pay for electricity! You will need to take a hairdryer and iron
On arrival didn't look bad, however we had to repeatedly go back to reception for several things we had paid for. The rooms are basic but comfortable although beds need an upgrade for comfort - including the futon. Play areas are good and clean, however there are a lot of things you have to pay for separately. Unfortunately we found the shows were quite late for small children as bingo could over run, although they had another stage available that was not being used. Good location if you want to explore the area.
As a budget destination there aren't many expectations. Overall this is a good place to bring kids for a short break, but it's not as cheap as it appears on first glance. Electricity isn't included in the cost, and must be purchased in 5 increments. Most of the kids entertainment costs money, and while there's plenty to do, the cost quickly adds up: so the trip isn't as cheap as you might think.But as mentioned before there is plenty to do around the park, with indoor and outdoor activities aplenty. The blue coats are also excellent.Our chalet was perfectly fine in terms of size. However, as shown in the pictures the maintenance of the chalets leaves a lot to be desired. There were several broken pieces of hardware such as window and fridge handles. Our chalet had butter smeared all over the window which we reported on the first night but it was not addressed.Otherwise the chalet was as clean as you would expect from a place such as this and we had no other complaints.As long as you manage expectations, this is a great place to bring the kids, who will really enjoy their time.
