Great place foe cheap family holidays. Prices are fine, about 150 for a week in July. Parking space available near every caravan. Nice and quiet place with direct access to the beach. It is second year we are here and we like it very much...

Nice caravan but rip off off site fees that go up yearly at extortionate prices.My dad pays 4600 a year last year and think they will rise at least 200 this year. So basucallbyou need to rent out summer season just to pay your rates .Many people leaving and being offered 1000 for there caravans which they are stuck with and in a no win situation because of the huge financial loss which occur.
Stayed here at my parents' caravan for a week. I can't really comment on the van as they can vary significantly. The whole site is pretty quiet though. There is a play area for the kids, a tennis court, a caf, a small spa, a launderette and that's about it. Depending on where you are in the site you could be just a few minutes walk from the lovely beach.
Love coming here for family holidays. Little one keeps asking if he can go again. Everyone is friendly. It's a very short walk to Prestatyn beach which have arcades, park even have a swimming pool and gym in the Nova centre.Already planning my next family holiday here.Also about a 10 to 15 minute drive to Talacre Beach
