We found the vet and staff very helpful and caring. Showed a lot of attention to both our dogs Ollie and Eric.Most importantly the dogs seemed quite comfortable at the vets, which is quite an achievement. Lovely place with lovely staff. Although on the first time of visiting we did end up having to have our cat put down as he had got ran over and broken far to much inside of him and lost all of the feeling, would have had to take away front right and back left leg, unknown amount of damage to his insides also, very unhappy kitty. Much care was taken by the vet and the staff who dealt with him. Please keep doing the fab work you do x
We recently changed to celyn vets as they were nearer & our other vets were cold uncaring & useless From the minute i made the call to enquire about joining celyn to our 1st visit we were treated with respect our little dog was made a fuss of by ALL the staff we couldnt believe our luck weve since been 3 more times & each time ALL the staff make a massive friendly fuss of all of us but especially our scared little dog they are marvellous.
We cannot thank the Vets and all the staff at Celyn enough for what they did for our dog Yogi. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them and they keep you informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Celyn to other pet owners without a doubt. We will be bringing 2 more pups after Christmas. Keep up the good work.
