Always had fantastic service from Andrea and her team So much so I asked her for help when my daughter was moving here from Leicester They also carry out regular checks for the landlord to ensure the property is being looked after Wouldn't hesitate to use again if ever we moved
I have been a tennant for Andreas letting for three years now I have rented before and never have I found such a helpful and friendly bunch of people. I have no idea what happened on the other persons review but all I can do is praise them
Dreadful customer service, no call back after initial enquiry. Even after multiple calls from myself regarding two properties they kept saying 'we'll get back to you' and never did. A shame because I wanted to support this local business, but they gave me no option but to look elsewhere.Edit 14/08/2018: I received the very eloquent response below, which must have took at least 5 minutes to write. Maybe those 5 minutes could have been better spent ringing people back, to let them know the houses they are interested in have already been let? Just a suggestion.
I imagine no wore than most agents however Andrea sets herself up to be one of the best and does not take criticism well. Its my experience she most certainly isn't. I witnessed a house let by her , it was a disgrace but she blamed the tenants urgency to move in....I'm aware of the time between keys and moving in.. Amongst the filth and other unmentionables the cooker didn't even work. The after care is cheap and shoddy , poor repair work and no sense of urgency, again probably no worse than any other but don't sing your own praises if you can't measure up.
Andrea lets out a bungalow on our behalf. She is lovely, professional and very thorough in vetting prospective tenants. Andrea is always quick to respond to any problems and uses a high standard of local tradespeople to get any work done when needed, handling all the arrangements. She also has a good name within Prestatyn's business community. I would highly recommend Andrea and her business to anyone.
