Well am done with this surgery I go there to get help with my health problems not to be patronised or told there's nothing wrong with me same has happened to my daughter we are at a loss.being questioned in a way that makes us feel as if we making $h!t up Also beware Some of the Reception staff need to go to customer care school very rude and obnoxious.we are Deregistering from this terrible surgery (Pharma ran)
I have only left the 1 star as there is no option to leave 'none!'My mother unfortunately is registered at this receptionist training school for the GP unhelpful and uncaring society. This I intend to change by registering her for another surgery, preferably one with more than 1 phone, with receptionist's that actually earn their money and Doctors that can be seen in less than 3 weeks! I do fully appreciate how busy GP surgery's have become, but being busy does not give entitlement to being rude, unhelpful and in-effective!For a person suffering COPD with breathing difficulties; being told to wait that long before seeing a doctor when you are in panic mode as you cannot breathe is totally unacceptable and shameful! I have never read so many 1 star reviews about anything, let alone a supposedly GP's "Healthy Centre " AVOID REGISTERING!!!... ALL THESE COMMENTS CANNOT BE WRONG!!
Rude on reception. No appointments. Have to run a gauntlet of people "paid" to come between you and the doctor, continuously try to stop medicines that work so you can work. Wonder why the NHS is broke it spends money employing people who are there to make life difficult. Since when did we have to remember which river we are without a paddle? Worse than being in an infant school. Recently tried for an appointment NOTHING THIS MONTH! ! I don't believe anyone can be healthy in Prestatyn, with the nasty receptionist who uts the phone down on every one she's way too old for PMT or to be menopausal she should leave and let someone who actually wants a job with the public to work there, that's all I can say, still not seen a doctor there even though they keep writing to me I just cannot get past the monster on the phone to make an appointment
No body cares. I was told by Glan Clywd to ask my doctor for a urgent referral, surgery told me it was a 5 week wait to see a doctor. We moved to Prestatyn 12 years ago and thought the health service was second to none, oh boy how things can change..
If I could put no stars I would absolute joke. Can't get appointments for anything I.e. doctor to discuss results or nurse for asthma clinics etc..
