So disappointed with returns policy. Gift of a jacket still with tags on priced 49.95 taken back as unsuitable. No receipt but only wanted an exchange. Told by rather rude assistantthat value of coat was now 4.95. how disgusting is that. Walked out in disgust. So disappointed at policy and service from assistant.

Cafe busy which is a good sign.. Tables cleaned as customers left.. Really enjoyed my cream tea.. The scones were still warm..
Brilliant, we shop here regularly. Would not want to be without our store..
My favourite store its quality and value lets hope it stays on our high street and doesn't disappear like a lot of good shops have.
