Used to be my dentist, what a nightmare, they NEVER answer the phone, my husband gave up ringing on several occasions and walked down to book an appointment. It's true what I heard every tooth they leave behind is a customer saved, my poor old dad oin his 90s still has two teeth, umpteen times they take one out and sell a new set of dentures fit, he's got draws full of dentures, and could still need two more sets making, I think at his age they should consider he is risking a tooth infection leading to SEPSIS, which will be the cause of his death, HATEFUL Place, DO NOT EVEN TRY to tackle those stairs, impossible for anyone to get in there with mobility problems or breathing problems, I suggest going somewhere else
Terrible place gone dwn hill in recent years. But god help u if u complain about them messin up ur appointments leaving u in agony and charging u for treatment uv not received, ull get struck off the list!

I have seen the negative reviews about my dentist. Well I know all about bad dentists as my last dentist was struck off. I went to my dentist and explained my situation. The dentist I saw was amazing he reassured me and went through the treatment that was required in a step by step manner. The extensive treatment and operation at glan Clwyd hospital was explained to me and organised by my dentist. 10 out of 10 every time.
Dentist told me one price first appointment, then changed his price on the day. Made it 50 more expensive. Tried to change to another dentist in the practice with an already paid check up. They wouldn't change without paying for another check up. And waiting 3 months. They do take on NHS but you will end up being ripped off if you need any extras.
