Some nice motorhomes, long way from home though
We bought an Elddis Encore 255 Motorhome from this dealership at the Manchester show. From the very first contact they have not only been very professional but they have been SO helpful. As we were travelling from Scotland, they put us up in a nearby campsite so we could have a few days to try it out. Being 1st time motorhomers, Ben also spent a few hours with is showing us absolutely everything - he was superb. Having now used the motorhome, we think it's great value for money.
Went here yesterday prestatyn walked around no staff came out to attend to us as we walked out a woman came out locked the gates then drove off. This happened to us in their other site by Cheshire oaks. Except the man spoke to us but only to tell us to leave as he was closing. Poor attitude in both sites!!
We recently bought a Swift 694 Distinction from V4L and have been really impressed by this family run business. We have dealt with all the members of the family and everything discussed has been delivered. A really nice touch is when you pick up the Motorhome, they pay for you to stay at a good nearby Caravan site to check and test the van giving you the ability to go back to them with any snags. We didn't need to go back but felt reassured by this and proves family business look after their customers more than the larger dealers. They spent a lot of time showing us how the Swift worked and felt confident leaving their site knowing how to use it.Thanks for making our purchase straight forwardThe Redfern Family
The best Swift Escape Dealer special in the country. I've seen them all and these are by far the best looking, while being exceptional value for money. Just hope there's still some left when we come to buy.
