This is a bus stop, which is a good bus stop as you could want if you're going to (or more likely fleeing from) Pontins.
Apartment - If you treat it as a basic place to eat and sleep it's fine. However, they do not provide you with a broom (though you do get a dustpan and brush) so it is very hard to keep the floor clean especially after you visit the beach and sand gets everywhere.Beach- The beach is nice and clean. The sand is soft and there aren't many jellyfish.Food- Half-board food is quite nice. The breakfast was out favourite because there's a lot of option. The bacon and sausages were really nice. The toaster makes nice toast and they have a few option of cereal. It would be nice if they served fruit.The evening meal was nice and there were many different option but it would be better if they could serve squash not just water however most people take their own drinks.There weren't any vegetarian options of the hotplates however on the menus it says 'vegetarian options at request'.I recommend Crocs breakfast as it was great for children and they got to interact with all the characters and had a lot of fun.Entertainment- the entertainment is generally quite good but repetitive especially the 7-8 session in the lunar bar.In the arcade, many machines are out of order and there were no prizes in the machines.The fun factory was very full and it was hard to find a seat.Be careful in the shop because they tried to charge for 2 items when we only had 1.Town- it is about a 15 minute walk away from the town where there's a big Tesco and many other good shops to buy things.Swimming pool- the swimming pool on site was too busy (which is expected) and very simple (it would be nice if the added a proper water slide)Overall- it was quite good but everywhere was busy. The free circular tour bus that ran on the Thursday was very good and I recommend going on it to go prestatyn. But the holiday park looked very run down and there was lots of litter. All the workers there are very nice and ready to help which makes the experience better.
This place is not a place for old people that do not like loud music playing outlould at 1to 4 in the morring I hated this place we were should have have slept for he weekend but its was just so untidy we lefed in the second day most of all they were people smocking weed
Not brilliant. Wouldn't go again. The accommodation was OK. Main problems were noise from other guests. Do not go if you want to goto bed before 1am. The apartments are impossible to get warm. Entertainment and arcades etc are very good though.
I am not going to waste my time by reviewing this place (sorry) but it was like a time warp back in to the 80's! Please avoid this place at ALL costs, especially if you have kids!
